A Leading Beatles Tribute Band The Blue Beatles Band

The Blue Beatles Band has been playing for over twenty years and is one of the UK's leading live Beatles tribute and covers bands.

Like any good tribute and covers band, their repertoire takes in all of the great up-tempo Rock'n'Roll tunes from the first Beatles album, Please Please Me, right up to the last famous live performance of Get Back on the rooftop of Apple's Saville Row studios, as shown in their last film and album, Let It Be. For outdoor concerts and festivals, they have also been known to get everyone singing along to slower favourites such as Hey Jude and All You Need Is Love.

With their close harmony singing and authentic replica Beatles guitars, amps and drums, The Blue Beatles Tribute Band and Duo capture the iconic sound of the Sixties. People in the audience have often said that if they close their eyes, it's easy to imagine you're listening to the real thing!

The Blue Beatles can perform either as a four-piece tribute band or as a duo.

In addition to playing and singing in the best traditions of 1960's beat music, the members of The Blue Beatles Tribute Band dress in full costume and provide an excellent sound and light show, including a "Beatlemania" nostalgic film show to support their act.

New boots for The Blue Beatles

The Blue Beatles tribute band has just taken the plunge and updated its outfits with genuine 60s style Beatles Boots.

John, Paul, George and Ringo helped to set a trend in the early 60s by incorporating the classic winklepicker Chelsea boots with cuban heels into their stage wear.

The Blue Beatles tribute band and duo have worn similar footwear in the past but have now found a great supplier and have purchased matching boots which The Blue Beatles Duo will be showing off this Friday at The Bird In Hand Hotel, Knowl Hill, near Reading.

The Blue Beatles Duo performing LIVE in Basingstoke, Hampshire

The Blue Beatles Duo has just been booked to perform in Basingstoke for the first time on Friday 31st August 2012.

The gig will take place as part of a special Back To The Sixties night at The Wheatsheaf in Basingstoke town centre.

The Blue Beatles tribute Duo will perform two Rock'n'Roll sets with an additional "unplugged" section in the middle. Dance and sing along to all your old favourites including Please Please Me, She Loves You, Yesterday, Hey Jude, Get Back and Twist & Shout.

The Blue Beatles Duo performing live In Worcester Park, Surrey

After the successful launch of their new website, The Blue Beatles received an enquiry from the manager of The North End Tavern, leading to TWO bookings at this great pub in Worcester Park, near Kingston-Upon-Thames, Surrey.

You will be able to see the Blue Beatles Duo perform on Friday 26th October and Thursday 20th December (2012).

Their show will feature many of The Beatles favourite Rock'n'Roll hits with full backing tracks including She Loves You, A Hard Day's Night, Help, Twist & Shout, etc., plus orchestral accompaniment for later hits such as All You Need Is Love and Yellow Submarine.The band and duo are always varying their set to make their shows interesting for fans who come to see them repeatedly, and hope to have Strawberry Fields Forever and Penny Lane perfected by the time they play these gigs.

Show times are 8.30pm to 11.00pm.
